| SPQ-series double-shaft high-speed web slitting machine is improved to produce for paper packing, paper making etc. The design refers to Korea and Europe machine. It is collected lighting, mechanical and electrical, designed detailed, processed subtly and assembled minutely. The advantages of our product are high speed, cutting tidy, running smoothly and operating easily.The bobbin slitting by this machine is possessing long-term,stable and satisfied effective on tighten,flat and round three tough targets,it is an ideal slitting equipment. The electrical control system is controlled intensively by Japan’s Mitsubishi PLC or Germany’s Siemens PLC and Taiwan HMI(hererin after Human Machine Interface) .Parameters are set through HMI according to slitting procedure. Work status controlled and displayed through LCD screen. And the control system have the advantages of start smoothly, stop lock, meter fixed etc. It is easy to operate. Japan YASKAWA inverter and Japan KOYO encoder feedback control are used for tension control, so the tension is constant, also taper control could be realized in accordance with requirements of procedure. Imported BST is used as photoelectrical web guide system. It can realize the functions of auto “side guide” or “line guide”, ensure substrate always in the right position. Shaft gas cap clamping and lift mechanism are used for material loading. The main traction is driven by three-phase inverter motor and controlled by Japan YASKAWA inverter. Rewind tension adopts Japan servo motor, and the tension is controlled according to the requirements of slitting procedure, setting parameters and diameters. Automatic control with taper mode set is optional. Double rewind shafts pneumatic paper roller, adjustable pressure. | |
